Workshops are an investment in yourself and your business. It can shave years off your learning curve and helps boost your business almost instantly. After my first floral workshop and updating my portfolio with the type of work I wanted to attract, my business almost tripled in workload and profit the following year. A few good photos of stunning florals will make a huge impact on potential clients. Being able to learn new skill sets and be coached on proper business practices can improve the flow of your business significantly.
Unlike other industry workshops, our custom workshop, Rococo Floral Workshop, is designed for the established designer wanting to expand their skills or for someone just starting out. I am able to share my knowledge with you at whatever stage of learning you might be in. Doing business in California especially, it is important to know the proper ways to legally set up your business, which is why I will touch on it in varying degrees in all my workshops.
You will come away a better artist. You'll learn new techniques to apply to your existing design skill set, be enlightened with new ways of improving your business practice and efficiency, while attracting your ideal client through a beautifully curated portfolio.
My life motto used to be, “I work so that I may support my art,” but somewhere along the way my work and art merged. I do what I do because I love it, and the moment I don’t love something, I no longer will pursue it. My hope is that by sharing my atypical business model through mentorship, I can help others enjoy every job they take on, too. I don’t believe anything is worth any amount of money if you don’t love it.
Based on your goals, I'll design a custom workshop that can include any or all of the following:
